Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are unsatisfied, please follow the guidelines below before submitting a request.

Return Window

U.S. Customers- Return requests must be approved and Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

International Customers- Currently, we do not offer free return labels.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as for sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, including:
    • Beauty products
    • Lingerie, intimates, & shapewear
    • Swimwear
    • Face masks
    • Jewelry
    • Wigs

Store Credit or Exchange

We offer store credit for eligible returns. The store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you want a different size or item, complete the return request form.

Upon Approval ship item(s) back to us. Once received we will issue store credit that can then be used to place a new order.

*Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.

Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method are only issued if:

  • You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • You notify us by completing the return request form within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue
  • Upon approval the item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Complete the return request form with your order number and email or phone number. If eligible, we’ll send you further instruction.
  2. Ship the Item(s) Back: Use your preferred shipping method and provide us with the tracking number (if applicable).
    Note: We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
  3. Receive Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued within 3 business days. 

Some returns may be subject to a fee, which will be applied to ensure items are properly processed and restocked.

20% restocking fee applies to the following: 

  • Orders refused by customer
  • Orders returned without prior approval
  • Items returned due to "undeliverable" address

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase on our website and are delivered digitally via email.

  • All gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

  • Gift cards do not expire and may be used toward any eligible purchase on our website.

  • Gift cards may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards may be combined with other payment methods at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel gift cards or orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

Returns must be sent to the correct address provided in your return approval email. Items sent to our business address will not be accepted.
