Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, depending on the product, availability, and warehouse location.

Orders placed during holidays or peak periods may take an additional 3–4 business days to process.

Shipping carriers may also experience delays during these times due to increased demand, which can extend delivery timelines beyond our standard estimates and is outside of our control.

Shipping Methods, Cost, & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on product origin. Some products may ship from U.S. warehouses for faster delivery, while others may come from overseas.

We offer different shipping methods based on item weight and destination.

U.S. Shipping

Economy Shipping: 6–12 business days

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Cost: Varies based on order weight

Free shipping for orders over $120

Notes:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on warehouse location and carrier.

  • Free Shipping: When free shipping is applied to an order, it will be sent via our economy shipping option, which generally arrives within 6–12 business days.

International Shipping

Economy Shipping: 8–12 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping if a coupon is applied

*International customers: Free shipping is available only with coupons obtained through our website (via the Rewards Program or Mystery Gifts). Coupons from Facebook, Instagram, or other social media promotions are not eligible for free shipping.

Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders begin processing immediately after payment.
  • Cancellations are only allowed within the first 5 hours of placing an order.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
